HOW IT WORKS

HOW IT WORKS

I developed a web application that allows me to add simultaneous translations to YouTube videos.

The principle is to synchronize a simultaneous audio translation with a YouTube player. The views remain for the benefit of the author of the video.

The different steps:

1. Selection of a YouTube video that I find interesting.
2. Video text detection.
3. Text correction. This step requires real work and can take time. I must be fluent in the language of the original text. Otherwise, I must first move on to the stage of translating into a language I know, then correcting the text.
4. Translation into the desired language. When a text has been correctly corrected, I can be assured that the various translations into other languages will be of good quality.
5. Choose a voice that best matches the video and generate the voiceover.
